1  Elastic Bands 2  Gloves 3  bottles with dye$Soda Ash 4 Iron-on  Glow -in -the Dark Transfer Sheet

 

Making Method:

          Step One---set up your work area(Dye stains!Wear gloves from here on.)

          Step Two---mix dye

          Step Three---dye fabric

          Step  Four---wrap ,set  and rinse

          Step  Five ---add iron-on transfer
